There are various overview screens that give you insight into your stock and availability. You can also see when a Item is scheduled in the reservation and when a Item is actually used by the customer. You also have direct access to materials in service or defective.
In the project overview screen, various stock planning screens and in the project itself, you can immediately see where the conflicts (shortages) are. To provide an even better overview, RentBuddy has a screen and a report in which you can see all the shortages within the project at a glance. This makes solving your shortages even easier.
When you have a shortage that cannot be solved from your own warehouse, you can hire in the items. Hiring is best done from a project, so that the costs of hiring can also be included in the margins of that project. RentBuddy has a hiring manager where this can all be arranged, simply from within the project. If you would rather hire articles in order to immediately increase your stock/availability, you can of course create a hire order from within the warehouse.
Hiring orders can be requested from your suppliers and then finalised to increase stock/availability and solve shortages.Â
Items that are no longer used on location or of which too many have been taken away, you still want to be able to rent them out as efficiently as possible. The items are immediately available in the warehouse after the return notification and can then be used for new projects without affecting the project whose items were previously reported as returned.Â
When items are lost or broken down on location, a mancode report can be made directly from the warehouse. The stock will be adjusted and you can choose whether you want the client to pay a special manzo price for it. With a mancopayment you can also send your client an overview directly.Â
It can sometimes happen that items are left behind on location for whatever reason. The warehouse offers the possibility to extend the rental period for the items in question that have been left behind. The items are then reserved for the client again and the material planning is looked at again. You will see almost immediately whether the items can be extended or not.Â
There are several screens within RentBuddy for directly viewing your stock and availability of articles. You can search on one Item, but you can also search per article group or you can type in part of the article description to view multiple articles.Â
It is therefore not necessary to create an entire project, but through various screens you can view the reservations, availability per day, availability over a period of time, Service Vouchers, movements between multiple warehouses, etc.
Items move quickly between one project and another. Especially in the high season. It often happens that certain articles do not pass through the warehouse, but go straight on to the next project. With the Virtual Return Notification module, we make it possible to record this. You can send articles with or without serial numbers directly to the next project. You can then create a packing list for the items that need to be delivered from the warehouse as replenishment. Of course, it is possible to create a return slip for the articles that still need to be returned to the warehouse.
