Your relations in one overview

RentBuddy already contains an extensive CRM module.
All communications between your organisation and the client can be recorded in one place. All price agreements and documentation are directly accessible. With an automatic KvK link, Dutch organisations can be taken over.

One central place for maintenance

The creation and maintenance of your relationships is made possible in one central location within the application. Every relation created within RentBuddy can be specified as Debtor, Creditor, Supplier, Employee, Prospect, etc. This means that, if necessary, you only have to change the basic or master data of the relations in one place and they will be immediately included in the further specification. RentBuddy has no limitations when it comes to the number of addresses and contact details that you want to record for your contacts. Multiple addresses, multiple telephone numbers, multiple emails? No problem for us.

Contacts

Contacts can be linked to one or more organisations, each with their own contact details. For example, a specific e-mail address can be used for each organisation in which your contact person works.

Connecting contact Peters as a director of supplier A and also as a contact person for a major event of your client. RentBuddy treats your relations like the outside world.

Chamber of Commerce link

Organisations can also be created with an integrated Chamber of Commerce link. An extensive KvK link makes it possible to recognise bankruptcies and other business changes, for example, and to implement these in your customer management system with a simple click.

Importing relations

As a new RentBuddy customer, you can easily and quickly import your contacts by reading an Excel sheet.

Document registration

Behind each relation you can add the documentation. Think of visit reports, e-mail traffic, work orders, photos, permits etc.

Commercial activities

All activities concerning a relation can be registered and classified into groups. This gives you the best management information and allows you to view the entire workflow for each relation. You don't have to miss any activity anymore.

Classifying relationships, assigning attributes and defining labels

Your contacts can easily be classified and filtered using self-created Classifications, Characteristics and Labels (TAGS). These labels can be applied to various screens within RentBuddy, for example our mailingselection module or the printout of your list of contacts. An overview of existing business relations or business relations that have recently been created can be exported from the system in no time at all.

Discount groups

In addition to being able to classify your business contacts using characteristics, layouts and labels, it is also possible to divide them into discount groups. For each discount group, various price agreements can be made.

Price Agreements, Discounts and Scales

Being able to record price agreements is one of the components that you want to be able to manage well. In RentBuddy it is possible to record special price agreements per Item - per relation. But discount percentages can also be specifically recorded per article group, per main group or even per individual Item . In addition, it is also possible to make your quantity discount different per relation, so that everyone gets his or her desired and agreed price in his or her quote.
