RentBuddy already contains an extensive CRM module. All communications between your organisation and the client can be recorded in one place. All price agreements and documentation must also be easily accessible. With a KvK link, organisations can be created more quickly.
The creation and maintenance of your relationships is made possible in one central location within the application. Every relation created within RentBuddy can be specified as Debtor, Creditor, Supplier, Employee, etc. In this case, you only have to change the basic/trunk data of the relations in one place and they will be immediately included in the further specification. RentBuddy has no limitations on the number of addresses and contact details that you can record for your contacts.
Contact persons can be linked to one or more organisations, with each of them having their own contact details as well, for example a specific e-mail address used for each organisation in which your contact person works.
Organisations can also be created with an integrated Chamber of Commerce link. An extensive link to the Chamber of Commerce also makes it possible to recognise bankruptcies and other business changes and to implement these in your customer management with one click of a button.

Your relations can easily be classified and filtered using your own made Classifications, Characteristics and Labels (TAGS). These can be applied using various screens within RentBuddy, for example our mailingselection module or the printout of your list of contacts. An overview of relations or which relations have been created recently can be exported from the system in no time at all.
In addition to being able to classify your business contacts using characteristics, layouts and labels, it is also possible to divide them into discount groups. Per Discount group, various price agreements can be attached.
Being able to record price agreements properly is one of the components that you want to be able to maintain. In RentBuddy it is possible to make special price agreements per Item , per relation. But discount percentages can also be recorded per article group, per main group or per specific one Item . In addition, it is possible to make your quantity discount different per relation, so that everyone gets their desired and agreed price in their quotation.
