Service and Maintenance
Easily keep track of which equipment requires maintenance, which malfunctions have been reported, and which repairs are still pending. Maintenance tasks and repairs are linked to the equipment, ensuring that the maintenance history is always preserved.

Maintenance and Repairs
Record malfunctions and repairs directly for the relevant equipment. Document what the problem is, what work is needed, and who should handle it. This ensures that the current status remains clear from the time the issue is reported until the repair is completed.
Result: No more scattered notes on paper—everything is stored in one central location.

Complete history for each item
All service, maintenance, and repair requests remain linked to the item or unique serial number. This allows you to see what work has been performed in the past, which issues occur most frequently, and how much maintenance an item has cost over time.
Result: See when repair and maintenance costs are rising, and use historical data to determine whether repairing is still worthwhile or if replacement is a better option.

Integrated with the rental process
A defective item should not be rescheduled as if nothing were wrong. As soon as equipment is set aside for service or repair, RentBuddy takes this into account when calculating availability.
This allows the planning team to immediately see how a repair will affect future projects, enabling any shortages to be resolved early on. As soon as the equipment is ready for use again, it can be made available for rental once more.
Result: Planning and Technical Services use the same equipment status, and defective equipment does not end up in a rental project again without being noticed.
