Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of our software and services. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
Last updated: November 2026
1. Applicability
2. The Service
The supplier provides software for managing rentals, equipment, projects, scheduling, and billing, including the modules and integrations included in the selected subscription plan. The software is offered as an online service (software-as-a-service).
The supplier may improve or modify the content and operation of the service, provided that the agreed-upon functionality remains essentially the same.
3. Trial Period
The customer can try the service free of charge during the agreed trial period. The trial period ends automatically and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription unless the customer activates a subscription themselves during the trial period.
4. Subscription, Prices, and Payment
- Subscriptions are purchased on a monthly or annual basis, at the rate listed on the website or in the quote.
- The prices listed are in euros and, unless otherwise stated, do not include VAT.
- The supplier may adjust rates annually. The customer will be notified at least one month in advance and may cancel the subscription in that case.
- Payment is made after the fact or periodically in advance using the payment method provided. Invoices are paid within 14 days.
- In the event of late payment, the customer is automatically in default, and the supplier may suspend access to the service after sending a reminder.
5. Term and Termination
A monthly subscription is valid for an indefinite period and can be canceled at any time with one month's notice. An annual subscription is valid for the agreed-upon period and is automatically renewed for the same period, unless the customer cancels at least one month before the end of the term.
Cancellation must be made in writing or through the designated feature in the software.
6. Customer Obligations
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate and up-to-date and for keeping login credentials confidential.
- The customer shall use the service solely for its own business operations and shall not grant access to unauthorized persons.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of the data it enters into the software, including data from its own customers.
- The customer shall provide the information necessary to deliver the service in a timely manner.
7. Availability and Maintenance
8. Data and Ownership
All data that the customer enters into the software remains the property of the customer. The supplier uses this data solely to provide the service and acts in accordance with the privacy policy. After the agreement is terminated, the customer may export their data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, documentation, corporate identity, and underlying code are retained by the supplier. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the duration of the agreement.
10. Liability
The supplier makes every effort to provide the service with due care, but cannot guarantee that the software will operate without errors or interruptions. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and lost profits is excluded.
To the extent that liability exists, it is limited to the amount the customer paid in subscription fees during the twelve months prior to the damage, up to a maximum of the amount for the current subscription period.
The customer remains responsible for creating its own backups of data that is essential to its business operations.
11. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure—including disruptions affecting internet or hosting providers, power outages, cyberattacks, or government measures—the supplier may suspend its obligations. If the situation lasts longer than two months, either party may terminate the agreement.
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The supplier may amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced at least one month before they take effect. If the customer does not agree with a change, he may cancel the subscription effective as of the date the change takes effect.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
