Manage your data in one central location
You define a relationship once and then specify which roles are associated with it, such as customer, vendor, supplier, employee, or prospect. If you change the master data, these changes are automatically reflected in all linked roles.
A contact can have multiple addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. You enter this information once and then use it wherever that contact appears in RentBuddy.
Manage contacts
A contact can be linked to multiple organizations and have a different role or different contact information for each organization. This way, you don't have to enter the same person's information multiple times.
Example: In practice, people don’t always have just one role. For example, a contact person might be the director of a supplier and, at the same time, serve as a consultant for an event organized by your client. RentBuddy records these different relationships without creating duplicate entries for the same person.
